Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Managing Sales Activities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer events and programs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills.
