About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional for Incident Management to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Team, you will be responsible for following up on discovered incidents of various kinds and helping to improve the cybersecurity posture of Siemens Energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage protective or corrective measures during the incident
  • Lead and supervise the incident management process from its beginning to a successful end
  • Collaborate with a cross-organizational Incident Handling Team and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to keep Siemens Energy secure
  • Build, maintain, and support various cybersecurity communities in SE Countries, Divisions & Functions
  • Advise non-senior management and cyber communities regarding all aspects of cybersecurity
  • Advance cybersecurity objectives within local communities
  • Understand community business demand for cybersecurity and drive its delivery
  • Identification and protection of critical assets and managing of cybersecurity risk management process and vulnerability, as well as incident handling
  • Training and awareness campaigns. Development of risk treatment plans
  • Report on stakeholders' cybersecurity compliance

What You Bring

We are looking for a certified Cybersecurity Professional with experience in security technologies related to the SOC, at the minimum SIEM and EDR. You should have a university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Additionally, you should have longstanding professional experience across different functions and businesses in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology and a strong ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional, multi-national teams.
