Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and recruiting industry experts for customized client requests. You will also qualify and screen prospective experts, build and maintain relationships with our network of advisors, and arrange phone consultations and meetings between experts and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify industry experts for client requests
  • Qualify and screen prospective experts for client review
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry experts in our network
  • Arrange phone consultations and meetings between experts and clients
  • Identify market trends and sectors covered by Guidepoint

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic record
  • 0 to 3 years of work experience in total
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including written and verbal abilities in English and Mandarin
  • Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently
  • Able to deliver excellent service to clients and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
