Job Title: ASOQ - Satair China Operational Quality Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Beijing, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and supplier locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCAR-145 MRO experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with quality management software.
