Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager, Product to join our team at Bel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building strong brand presence in the yogurt market, from innovation to communication campaigns.

Innovation & NPD

You will support our line manager in delivering our innovation strategy, leading innovation/NPD projects, and developing launch plans for new products. You will also be responsible for innovation/NPD project financial management, including budget and value chain analysis.

Gain Environment and Market Understanding

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with FMCG/Food/Dairy/Cheese/Snack trends, gaining full knowledge of kids yogurt and snack offer and segmentation, and tracking best practices of direct and indirect competitors' activities.

Participate in Building Brand Reviews and Plans

You will analyze competitive review analysis, NPD, communications, and media efficiency, and recommend follow-up/new action plans. You will also support our line manager in preparing brand review, budget, and marketing plan.

Execute Marketing Action Plan

You will participate in briefing agencies & selecting winning proposals, implement marketing activations both ATL (digital mainly) and BTL (retail channel and E-commerce), and manage local marketing agencies both ATL and BTL. You will also monitor the performance of each action plan vs. KPIs and suggest improvements.
