Job Responsibilities:


The Customer Service Representative I, assigned to one of Pinkerton's global clients, provides direct support to internal and external customers through various communication channels. Key responsibilities include managing access control requests, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, and assisting in inter-business unit projects.


Essential Functions:



  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Provide quality customer service to all Global Security Access Management customers.
  • Process incoming requests using client's ServiceNow ticketing system and messaging platforms.
  • Offer tier 1 and tier 2 support for network access, including troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate the issuance and administration of physical access cards.
  • Monitor the system and respond according to prescribed access control procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support for system users and offsite users.
  • Utilize the client's shipping tool to ship and track packages worldwide.
  • Daily administration of the global access control system.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of established policies and procedures.
  • Support department and company goals and objectives.
  • Process incoming mail and packages as per internal GSAM policy.
  • Acknowledge and execute safe work practices and be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety.
