Contract and Business Performance Manager

The World Economic Forum, a leading international organization for public-private cooperation, is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Business Performance Manager to join its Business Performance and Contract Management team in China.

This key role will provide efficient and accurate day-to-day business administration and on-the-ground support to the Business Engagement team throughout the whole contract lifecycle. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing business performance updates to center teams in Geneva, reflecting patterns of growth, retention, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on operational excellence and data analytics, with experience in sales operations or order/contract management. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, and knowledge of Salesforce is a strong asset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts in their whole lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, and termination, in close collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Assist companies in joining the Forum by providing necessary information and support, in close collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Document business processes and maintain materials up to date.
  • Oversee and track business performance for relevant internal teams by extracting data from dashboards and conducting data analysis, including on OKRs.
  • Provide regular business performance updates to relevant internal teams.
  • Offer regular updates for the Business Engagement team regarding contract renewal, contract pipeline progress, unpaid bills, and other useful information.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, management, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales operations or order/contract management.
  • Experience in working at multinational corporations or international organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
