Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workspace Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our workspace processes to support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Space Management
    • Develop and implement space management strategies to ensure efficient use of our workspace.
    • Conduct regular space audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lease Management
    • Manage our lease agreements to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Negotiate with landlords and leasing agents to secure favorable terms.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee minor capital projects to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and team members.
    • Communicate workspace policies and guidelines to staff.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in space management, leasing, and project management.
  • Master's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and overseeing space-related projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of space management principles, lease negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Competence in conducting market research to inform decision-making.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and risk management strategies.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
