Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP to join our team at 2035 Flextronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in organization planning and development, enhancing organization agility and capability, and meeting the needs of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement organization strategies that drive business growth and agility.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects, including talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure HR effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and develop the site HR team to provide exceptional service to our organization.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 10 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Results-driven and solutions-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Experience with 6-sigma methodologies and process improvement.
  • Ability to travel or relocate, as needed.
