We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic about healthcare and epidemiology. You will have a strong understanding of epidemiological techniques, data analysis methods, and statistical techniques. You will also have excellent written and spoken fluency in Mandarin and English, as well as the ability to communicate complex techniques and results to non-experts.

Requirements- A degree level or higher qualification in a relevant subject is required (minimum CAP 4/5 or equivalent), although a Masters or PhD would be highly advantageous.
- An exceptional written and spoken fluency in Mandarin (equivalent to native Mandarin language skills) and excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
- A good understanding of epidemiological techniques and data analysis methods.
- A good understanding of statistical techniques, sufficient to engage in technical discussions with our Statisticians.
- The technical ability, coupled with the written and oral communication skills, to explain complex techniques and results to non-experts.
- A good understanding of at least one programming language used for the analysis of large datasets (e.g. R or SAS), and the willingness and ability to rapidly develop your programming skills.
- A willingness to trial, explore or recommend new software or techniques that may suit specific projects.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to maintain a high level of customer service and the quality of deliverables under multiple competing demands.
- Highly organised, with the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines.
- The ability to use your initiative and work independently, in addition to working collaboratively within project teams.
- A competitive salary of RMB 14,000 per month, with the potential for a higher starting salary for more experienced candidates.
