Job Title: Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to reach and engage with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content creation.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
