Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience with Excel/SQL and data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
  • Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with the development and implementation of systems and tools for CRM, reporting, forecasting, and sales force automation
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization software
  • Ability to dive deep into data and existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
