About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with assigned accounts in the Middle East and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts to drive revenue and volume growth across all products of DB Schenker.
  • Collaborate with senior management on customer side to ensure professional interaction and growth opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and prepare annual planning for budget and operational setups.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables and ensure operational challenges are solved to maintain a reliable global presence.
  • Design efficient operational setups, including control towers, EDI connections, and data reports.
  • Run MBRs and QBRs with customers, aligning internal stakeholders for successful business outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of new business in Air, Ocean, Land, and Contract Logistics.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to ensure strong alignment on business opportunities, operational processes, and customer communication.
