**Job Summary**

This role is designed to drive business growth and development, identifying new business opportunities and managing sales activities in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting sales targets, organizing and executing sales plans and strategies
  • Developing and implementing sales growth plans for the assigned region, including sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Managing sales performance, including sales analytics and market research
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

**Key Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
