Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Technology Strategy Planning to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our long-term and short-term technology strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze company-wide technology strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Research and assess emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and manage technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on technology-related matters.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the CTO or line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering-related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology strategy or enterprise digital transformation, preferably with experience in top consulting firms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in strategy thinking and project management, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaborations effectively.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and motivated with integrity and credibility.
