Senior Publisher Sales Manager

At Digital Turbine, we strive to enhance mobile advertising experiences, making them more impactful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers. We empower app publishers and advertisers with robust advertising solutions that engage consumers, drive performance, and assist telecoms and OEMs in maximizing awareness, acquisition, and monetization.

We are seeking a Senior Publisher Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the South East Asia market. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with publishers, refining our regional strategy, and educating potential clients about the benefits of our comprehensive product offerings, including Mediation, Ad-Exchange, and Offer Wall. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in promoting our brand within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with some of South East Asia's leading mobile publishers and app developers, linking them to our global demand network.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within prospective clients; achieve quarterly and yearly supply targets while negotiating agreements and finalizing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Solution Engineers to secure wins for our primary clients in the region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (business units, product, marketing, etc.) to communicate and prioritize the needs and requests of publishers.
  • Promote the adoption of Digital Turbine's supply-side products, including Ad Exchange, Mediation platform, and Offer Wall.
  • Provide ongoing insights and market feedback to drive product innovation for enhanced mobile value and sales effectiveness.
  • Represent Digital Turbine at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase our solutions and bolster brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in mobile, digital, or advertising technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the ad-tech landscape (RTB/Programmatic/Ad Exchange/Mediation/Offer Wall is advantageous).
  • Technical knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven track record in structuring, executing, and nurturing complex strategic partnerships that deliver substantial value for Digital Turbine.
  • Exceptional skills in customer relationship management, with the ability to assess client needs and engage with all management levels.
  • High self-motivation and a target-driven mindset, complemented by excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
