Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering Operations to join our team at Coca Cola. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities, processes, and systems in the Engineering department to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources and reliable operation of all machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation and digitization strategies to improve manufacturing and business operations.
  • Manage capital and non-capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with company requirements, approved budget, and timeline.
  • Lead the Engineering team in monitoring and updating the plant's Master Plan, including expansion capital needs, to ensure alignment with business growth.
  • Ensure projects' business case justification, scope, design, and execution comply with Company requirements and standards.
  • Manage tendering, selection, and contract award with external consultants/providers.
  • Control each assigned project/contract, ensuring scope, budget, performance, and timeline compliance.
  • Develop and control Annual Maintenance and Repairs Operational Budgets.
  • Apply Operational Excellence (Lean Manufacturing) and EXIM (Excellence in Maintenance) tools to current processes.
  • Support Integrated Management Systems development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in Project Management and Maintenance related responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • People management and supervisory skills.
  • Good stress management skills.
  • Quality systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 experience is an advantage.
  • Food/beverage processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing SC experience.
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience is required.
  • SAP-Maintenance module basic experience is an advantage.
  • Auto-CAD advanced knowledge.
  • Advance MS Project knowledge.
  • IT/OT skills and knowledge is preferred.
