Job Title: Service Sales and Operations Director

Universal Robots, a leading provider of collaborative robots, is seeking an experienced Service Sales and Operations Director to lead our service organization in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service sales and operations team in China, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive service sales strategy, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in service sales and operations, preferably in the industrial equipment or robotics industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
  • Experience in sales force automation tools, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
