Job Title: Senior Director, Field Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Field Services to lead our Field Services team in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to managers and directors, ensuring the service performance and results of domestic semiconductor customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all business issues across account sites, including customer satisfaction, P&L, and budget management.
  • Anticipate future customer needs and direct the delivery of customer service commitments and development of solutions to customer high-value problems.
  • Interface with internal and external customers on business and operational issues involving the company's service commitments.
  • Ensure the site maintains a workforce with the requisite skills and capabilities to meet current and future customer service requirements.
  • Define performance metrics and report on the site's progress against business unit and account-specific goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in field services or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
