Senior Director of Corporate Communications

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Corporate Communications to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our corporate communication strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives and brand vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Corporate Communication Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand vision.
- Manage Corporate Communications: Oversee all internal and external corporate communications, including media relations, crisis communication, employee engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, impactful content such as press releases, blog posts, executive speeches, and other collateral.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling, and establish and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Performance Measurement and Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize our communication efforts, measuring success and making data-driven improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate communications or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and team-building abilities, and proficiency in media relations, crisis communication, and public speaking.
