About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our IC Channel sales and customer account management activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
  • Engage in client engagement activities, identifying business requirements, preparing proposals, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.
  • Lead market research efforts, predicting current and future consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee business development activities, including the formation of alliance/partnership networks.
  • Provide thought-leadership for the entire bottling System on a consistent and systematic growth and collaboration agenda with IC customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 15+ years' in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.
  • 10+ years' experience managing professional sales teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
