China Sales Regional Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in China as our China Sales Regional Lead. This role requires a deep understanding of the local SoC industry, customers, and potential design-win opportunities, as well as the complexities of driving IP licensing deals between China-based customers and a US-based technology provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in China
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and execute complex sales campaigns with multiple decision-makers and influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling technology that enables a new architectural approach, not just trying to out-spec or out-price the competition
  • Knowledge of semiconductor IP, EDA tools, ASIC, SoC Design services, and the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem
  • Ability to call high and drive multi-million dollar sales campaigns
  • Experience in selling and/or licensing technology internationally, including contract complexities
