China Automotive Sales Director

About the Role
The China Automotive Sales Director will lead the ambitious and highly motivated Automotive Sales team in the region, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to leverage Nexperia's technical, manufacturing, and supply chain expertise. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability for Nexperia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Automotive segment
- Own sales and design-win targets for the region
- Align with other regional leaders on transfer of business between regions
- Drive global sales for strategic accounts in the region
- Manage and maintain cost envelopes for the region
- Drive a culture of performance throughout the organization
- Staffing, performance management, talent management, and incentive roll-out
- Develop a commercial and technical workforce to advise customers in the region
- Provide input on product roadmaps, customer lists, and account value propositions
- Deploy pricing and target-setting programs
- Establish business governance and drive monthly business reviews and quarterly reviews
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of discrete semiconductors, including MOSFETs
- Ability to define and execute strategies involving multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, and customer-focused
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to travel frequently
