China Sales Regional Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in China as our China Sales Regional Lead. This role requires a deep understanding of the local SoC industry, customers, and potential design-win opportunities, as well as the complexities of driving IP licensing deals between China-based customers and a US-based technology provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Tier 1 semiconductor accounts in China
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive sales campaigns and manage interactions with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the SoC industry and semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem
  • Manage the complexities of international sales, including contract complexities and geo-political realities between the US and China
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Semiconductor IP, EDA, or Design Services sales
  • Experience selling technology that enables new architectural approaches, not just out-specing or out-pricing the competition
  • Ability to call high and drive multi-million dollar sales campaigns with multiple decision-makers and influencers
  • Strong understanding of the geo-political realities between the US and China related to technology, including knowledge of Entity List and export restrictions
  • Experience selling and/or licensing technology internationally, including contract complexities
