Job Title: Senior Regional Account Manager/Director for Key Global Account

As a Senior Regional Account Manager/Director for Key Global Account, you will be responsible for managing dsm-firmenich's long-term business development for all categories in Taste with a major key global account (Coca-Cola) in China. You will lead and manage the account on a regional level to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives, by maintaining dsm-firmenich as the clients' key partner and building a strong pipeline with a mindset to winning projects and selling profitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dsm-firmenich long-term business development for all categories in Taste with a major key global account (Coca-Cola) in China.
  • Lead and manage the account on a regional level to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives.
  • Contribute to the global strategy of Coca-Cola as articulated from the TTH Global Lead for the TCCC Account.
  • Provide category leadership on sales activities and ensure global consistency.
  • Lead the business strategy and growth for Asia and coordinate the local account management activities in the region.
  • Manage customer projects in close collaboration with the BU teams, support functions, and Ingredient Solutions within Taste, Texture, and Health.
  • Constantly seek new business opportunities along the entire value chain, including disruptive innovation ideas.
  • Drive development projects together with all internal partners proactively.

Requirements:
  • + 10 years of successful experience in the international Food industry.
  • Food industry technical knowledge and beverage experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to develop successful client relationships with large accounts. Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills.
  • Thorough business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a sound ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influential skills, with a thorough team player mindset and collaborative behavior.
  • English and Chinese fluent.
