Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team and support the growth of our assigned accounts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will balance day-to-day operational support with a strategic approach to client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop strong global and local client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and 'go-to' person.
    • Take responsibility for client relationships and help define strategic direction for marketing plans.
    • Drive engagement through data-driven interactions and address issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Support Business Director and Client Partner in ensuring appropriate resourcing and building business cases.
  • Growth
    • Proactively develop initiatives to expand Indicia Worldwide's offering to clients, ensuring alignment with client missions.
    • Understand client industry sectors, market positions, and company objectives to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Build an environment where teams feel empowered and engaged to thrive and deliver company strategy.
    • Balance client management and growth to develop relationships.
  • Communication
    • Ensure teams have a reliable flow of information on Indicia Worldwide's capabilities and client updates.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, SMEs, clients, and senior leadership.
  • Financial Accuracy and Analytical Skills
    • Ensure sound financial management and profitability of assigned accounts.
    • Deliver growth within accounts for existing and new business, and increase profitability through cost management.
    • Ensure reliability of forecasting process and promote accountability within the team.
    • Support Business Director, Client Partner, and Chief Client Officer in yearly budgeting process.
  • Strategic Thinking, Direction, and Planning
    • Support BD, CP, and CCO in bringing Indicia Worldwide's vision and goals to life, providing meaningful insights and direction.
    • Present, consult, and discuss with clients regarding potential new opportunities or areas where Indicia can add value.
Requirements
  • Significant background in Account Management, ideally with Account Director experience from an integrated agency.
  • Demonstrated high level of exposure to multisector and international environments, with ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in marketing/client management industry, including Media, Technology, Retail, Automotive, Financial Services, Pharma, FMCG, and/or Beverage.
  • Experience in Below-the-line (BTL), Shopper Marketing, Print management, POSM, Activation, Retail Branding.
  • Working on high-profile accounts with multi-disciplined account and agency teams.
  • Proven ability to manage managers, develop staff, resolve performance issues, and formulate resource plans.
  • Full understanding of end-to-end marketing process from client strategic requirements to delivery cross-channels.
  • Intuitive ability to deconstruct problems and craft solutions within strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to communicate across organizational levels.
