Sales Director for AutoStore China

Kardex AutoStore is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to strengthen our AutoStore sales in China in the role of Sales Manager. This full-time position is based in Shanghai and reports to the Regional Director Business Development APAC.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales campaigns.
- Lead the sales process from acquisition to contract closure.
- Conduct market research to identify areas of opportunity and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a technical degree in Engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and consulting.
- Proven track record of sales success and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
- Ability to travel in-country and within the region.
- Motivation to be a key member in setting up a new business.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and positive outlook to success.
- Advanced trouble-shooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear focus on high-quality and ensuring all customer needs are met.
