Job Title: Sales Manager for AutoStore China

Kardex AutoStore is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to strengthen our AutoStore sales in China in the role of Sales Manager. This full-time position is based in Shanghai and reports to the Regional Director Business Development APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in China.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales campaigns.
  • Lead the sales process from acquisition to contract closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify areas of opportunity and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a technical degree in Engineering or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and consulting.
  • Proven track record of sales success and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
  • Ability to travel in-country and within the region.
