Service Sales and Operations Director

Universal Robots, a leading provider of collaborative robots, is seeking an experienced Service Sales and Operations Director to lead our service organization in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the service sales and operations team in China, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive service strategy, including sales, training, and customer success initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial excellence and customer reach capacity.
- Manage and grow the business for established and new customers, creating and implementing sales strategies using strategic sales tools and processes.
- Develop relationships at all levels within customers' organizations and within Universal Robots.
- 5+ years of experience in capital equipment or service sales or marketing, with a strong background in the robotics or automation industry.
- Proven ability to drive long sales cycles and design-ins.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- BSEE or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus.
