Sales Manager AutoStore China

Kardex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager for AutoStore in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales of our AutoStore solutions in the Chinese market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the Chinese market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our AutoStore solutions in China.
- Provide sales support and guidance to our sales team in China.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Chinese market.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with our product development team to ensure that our AutoStore solutions meet the needs of our customers in China.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and its business culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
