Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Analog Devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors' resources to create demand, identifying new market trends and applications, and developing new business opportunities in Central China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share in Central China.
- Lead and manage distributors' resources to create demand and drive sales growth.
- Identify new market trends and applications, and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, FAE, AE, and distributors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of sales experience in China Mass-Market business or distributor management in Semiconductor companies.
- Strong teamwork capability to resist pressure and solve critical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and make right decisions under big pressure.
- Fluent written and oral English for business.
- Self-motivation, result-oriented, and fast-moving.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to drive business growth and influence distributors' resources to work efficiently.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel (25% of the time) and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be based in Shenzhen and will be responsible for managing distributors and driving sales growth in Central China.
