China Mass-Market Sales Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to lead our China Mass-Market business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Central China Mass-Market, particularly in industrial applications, and will be responsible for identifying new market trends and applications to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the China Mass-Market
- Lead and manage distributors' resources to create demand and increase sales
- Collaborate with marketing, FAE, AE, and distributors to achieve sales targets and business goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers
- Work closely with product line teams to secure support for new product definitions
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficient business operations
Requirements:
- Location: Shenzhen
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of sales experience in China Mass-Market business or distributor management in Semiconductor companies
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to drive business growth and influence distributors' resources
- Fluent written and oral English for business
- Self-motivation, result-orientation, and fast-moving
