China Mass-Market Sales Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to lead our China Mass-Market business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Central China Mass-Market, particularly in industrial applications, and will be responsible for identifying new market trends and applications to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the China Mass-Market
  • Lead and manage distributors' resources to create demand and increase sales
  • Collaborate with marketing, FAE, AE, and distributors to achieve sales targets and business goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers
  • Work closely with product line teams to secure support for new product definitions
  • Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficient business operations

Requirements:

  • Location: Shenzhen
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of sales experience in China Mass-Market business or distributor management in Semiconductor companies
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to drive business growth and influence distributors' resources
  • Fluent written and oral English for business
  • Self-motivation, result-orientation, and fast-moving
