About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CMPT Account Manager to join our team at DuPont. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our Chinese accounts in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet business targets and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technology trends, competitive environment, and strategic needs.
  • Utilize sales skills to represent CMPT to customers, promoting DuPont processes and securing trials of new materials and supporting existing product sales.
  • Effectively negotiate supply contracts and manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals.
  • Deliver high levels of service to customers, resolving quality or service issues promptly and working with customers to define unmet needs.
  • Develop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities, entering and tracking opportunities using the CRM tool.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, sales, ATC, and manufacturing teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field; Master's degree highly desirable.
  • 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in the silicon wafer industry.
  • General knowledge of IC fabrication operations beneficial.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time, with some international travel.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups and answer technical questions from experts in the CMP field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well with minimal supervision and manage long sales cycles.
  • High safety awareness and demonstrated personal safety engagement required.
