Sales Representative, Aesthetic Medicine

Role Overview:
As a key player in our team, you will oversee daily sales operations and nurture relationships with channels and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the sales of Galderma's products in China according to product direction. You will plan and execute product promotions and sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales value and growth in alignment with marketing strategies and new product launches, expanding market share in your designated area.
- Promote products within your region, providing expert product support.
- Maintain existing client relationships, ensuring effective communication to understand client needs, while actively seeking new clients based on product positioning.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback, completing sales and market reports as required.
- Collaborate closely with company staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold product image and facilitate ongoing product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably with foreign enterprises.
- Strong learning ability and familiarity with the pharmaceutical market environment are advantageous.
- A passion for sales, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven sales track record.
