Product Management Practice Associate

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Management Practice Associate. This is a unique opportunity to drive the execution of the Product Management strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in line with HSBC's ambition.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a customer-centric approach to product management, ensuring that the bank's technology products meet the needs of its customers.
- Empower CTO Product teams with skills to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, delivery, and demise.
- Provide thought leadership and build out the Product Management practice capabilities, framework, and operating model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into the product management framework.
- 5+ years of experience in product management/ownership, operating model design, design thinking with a proven track record of successful product launches and growth.
- Strong Business Analysis / Requirements skills.
- Experience delivering at various stages of the project lifecycle, knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, and/or SDLC - ideally in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Aptitude to learn and quickly pick up new ideas.
- Comfortable with experimentation, testing ideas and sharing learnings and insights.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and being outside your comfort zone.
- Able to challenge thinking and influence across the organization.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience of winning hearts and minds and putting people at the heart of the transformation.
- Proactive and willing to lead initiatives for improvement and to resolve issues.
