About the Role

As Head of Plant Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational success of our Ninghai facility. You will be responsible for developing and executing the plant's strategic direction to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive plant strategy that aligns with higher-level corporate goals, focusing on market demands, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Performance Optimization: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, inventory management, quality control, and cost structure optimization. Continuously evaluate performance against key metrics (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize profitability. Collaborate with the business unit (BU) to adjust targets as needed in response to market fluctuations or product mix changes.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all legal regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the plant.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative work environment, providing clear direction, and promoting professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

We seek a highly motivated and experienced leader with a proven track record in manufacturing operations. A strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.
