Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Plant Management to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the plant strategy and ensuring the expectations of our customers and the profit of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the plant strategy to meet customer and business requirements
  • Plan, optimize, and control all activities to achieve business goals
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal rules and procedures
  • Align the plant and customer interfaces to achieve optimal results
  • Implement efficient organization structures, procedures, and processes
  • Ensure high-performance production processes and supply chain processes
  • Manage human resources, including employee capacity and qualification planning
  • Ensure quality of components, processes, and products
  • Implement quality standards and processes
  • Drive and support the implementation of projects and initiatives to optimize and improve administrative and production processes

Requirements

  • Manufacturing-related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards, and processes
  • Product knowledge, including functionalities and applications
  • Production and supply chain management, including logistics policies, systems, and processes
  • Quality management, including quality policies, systems, and processes
  • Industrial engineering management, including IE systems and processes
