A Day in the Life of a Sales Professional
As a Sales Representative for Medtronic, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Pursue new business opportunities, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing, to communicate customer feedback and drive business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of Medtronic's products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
