Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and perform ground handling activities, including passenger movement, baggage reconciliation, and ramp operations.
  • Ensure all ground handling activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet requirements.
  • Supervise and perform post-flight operations, including banking and daily service reports.
  • Ensure safety and on-time performance at the airport.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly station reports.
  • Assist the station manager in achieving daily and monthly tasks.
  • Complete other job assignments as required by the GSO level above, including the station manager.

Requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Able to work under shift.
  • Good English speaking, writing, and listening skills.
  • Foreign airlines operation experience is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and learning ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
  • Honesty, faithfulness, reliability, and uprightness.
