Segment Director Capital Equipment Surface

Epiroc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Segment Director to lead our Capital Equipment Surface team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share in the Capital Equipment Surface segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Capital Equipment Surface segment, aligned with Epiroc's overall business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Capital Equipment Surface segment.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure alignment with Epiroc's overall financial objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Capital Equipment Surface industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
