Job Title: Accounts Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Representative to join our team at Bookkeeping By Experts (SMC Private Limited). As an Accounts Representative, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients in the U.S. to oversee their accounting needs, including bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, incorporation, and sales tax management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, soliciting necessary information and handling inquiries regarding their business/personal accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, taxes, and payroll.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
