Role Overview
As a Principal Video Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization, collaborating closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), and other specialists. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Scaling video go-to-market strategies across the LCS.
  2. Creating and executing customized industry strategies within designated verticals.
  3. Engaging with service and operations teams regarding new and emerging products.
  4. Partnering with LCS and Vertical Marketing to craft narratives that highlight Amazon Ads' unique offerings aligned with customer goals.
  5. Representing Amazon Ads at industry events to promote annual commitments.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work alongside account and go-to-market teams to develop strategies that drive the adoption of Amazon's streaming television (STV) offerings. You will ensure that your clients' video investments are seamlessly integrated into their overall marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a natural curiosity and creativity, taking the lead in strategizing video solutions for advertisers. You will engage deeply with the advertising community to communicate the benefits of Amazon's offerings and collaborate internally to innovate solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience in writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open-source projects.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing large-scale go-to-market strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
  • Ability to interface with various customer segments (Enterprise, SMB, and Startups) and translate customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions.
