Job Title: Account Manager III

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with distributors to deliver customer education and scientific promotion, driving sales growth and market expansion.
  • Work closely with our vertical sales team to develop and execute local sales plans aligned with national strategies.
  • Recruit, manage, and evaluate ID distributors in your territory to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build strong relationships with end-users to understand their needs and provide timely feedback and solutions.
  • Organize training and application support for customers and distributors in your territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, clinical laboratory, or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and distribution channel management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work hard and face challenges with enthusiasm.
