HRS, a pioneer in business travel, is revolutionizing the industry with innovative technology. As a PAY Consultant, you will play a crucial role in elevating every stay through expert advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative support to clients, understanding their unique payment challenges and offering expert advice on payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design payment solutions, lead requirement engineering, and define all requirements.
  • Proactively support sales teams in identifying strategic targets for HRS PAY solutions.
  • Identify areas for strategic expansion of HRS PAY and negotiate with external partners.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive approach to developing and promoting payment solutions.
  • Be the first point of contact for corporate clients and external partners for all questions related to HRS PAY solutions and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's payment products, technologies, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
  • Min. 3 years in a product marketing role in a Fin Tech, Payment, SAAS, or B2B company.
  • Positioning: ability to develop effective positioning strategies to communicate the value proposition to the target B2B audience.
  • Market and Customer Understanding: proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying customer needs.
  • Messaging and Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making: ability to analyze data, monitor marketing performance metrics, and use insights to make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
