Training Program Manager

At Fusion Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Wave Training Lead, OCM Wave Lead, and Global Training Team to develop a comprehensive training approach and plan.
- Guide Local Training Coordinators: Provide guidance and support to Local Training Coordinators on timeline and end-user training deliverables.
- Coordinate Training Logistics: Ensure LMS setup aligns with end-user journeys and coordinate with Authorization Team for role mapping based on validated end-user lists.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Analyze training needs considering role mapping, training catalog, and CIA, and create training materials for local WRICEFs.
- Partner with OCM Team: Partner with the OCM team and global counterparts for training material readiness, localization, schedule, and logistics.
- Report on Training Deliverables: Report on training deliverables status, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Identify and Invite Trainers: Identify and invite trainers for instructor-led sessions and functional upskilling.
- Collect Training System Needs: Collect training system and data needs for instructor-led sessions.
- Deliver Soft-Skills Training: Deliver soft-skills Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Communicate Training Plans: Draft and plan training communication to end-users.
- Support Access Changes: Act as a point of contact for access changes impacting go-live.
- Support Authorization Incidents: Support with authorization incidents during Hypercare.
- 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in developing and administering training programs and curricula.
- SAP Project Training Implementation: Expertise in SAP project training implementation.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English and Chinese.
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with training delivery methods, learning academy setups, and implementing training approaches.
- Knowledge of Adult Learning: Knowledge of adult/corporate learning, coaching, mentoring, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management within an agile setting.
- Security Authorization Knowledge: High-level knowledge of security authorization requirements, job roles, and transaction concepts.
- ERP Background: Preferred background in ERP / S4/HANA systems.
