Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of regional trainers to deliver high-quality training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives
  • Analyze business data to identify opportunities for training and development
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and service competencies
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in training management for mid-to-high-end fragrance brands
  • Strong retail training mindset and business result-oriented
  • Diligent and responsible work ethic, positive and optimistic attitude, strong stress resilience, high cooperative spirit, and a continuous willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills, fluent spoken English, and familiarity with basic office software
