We are looking for a skilled professional to fill a vital role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· This position will primarily involve managing incoming customer inquiries via the PINB Customer Service Hotline and handling emails in the PINB customer service mailbox, as well as making outbound calls for various business purposes. The role encompasses providing assistance in areas such as company information inquiries, product-related questions, and addressing customer complaints.

· The individual will support the execution of customer service standards established by the Head of Operations, ensuring that these standards are consistently applied and effectively maintained throughout the PINB call center.

· Collaboration with other departments will be essential to resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring adherence to the established procedures of the PINB call center.

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor's degree is mandatory;

· A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within the Fund or Insurance sectors, preferably with an insurance brokerage, fund sales, or related financial services;

· Prior experience in fund-related customer service and life insurance is advantageous;

· Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is required; proficiency in English is also preferred;

· Familiarity with various software applications, including MS Word and Excel;

· A keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong focus on delivering quality results and achieving work objectives;

· Ability to function effectively as a team member across departments and within the organization;

· Flexibility and adaptability to changes in corporate and departmental goals, along with the ability to propose adjustments to meet these objectives;

· Successful completion of the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination, Subjects 1 and 2.
