Job Summary

As a Territory Sales Representative III at Oracle, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and delivering hardware solutions to our customers, while also developing and executing account plans to drive goal attainment in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the account team to identify and pursue sales opportunities, and develop and execute account plans to drive goal attainment.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support account sales and business development strategies, and identify and engage the appropriate partners to meet customer specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers, and provide trusted advice to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Drive Oracle's strategy into assigned accounts, and ensure that our sales programs are known and completed in the territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, and continuously seek opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in sales and account development.
  • Proven track record of success in hunting for new customers and developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities to closure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
