About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technology Director to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in developing and communicating long-term and short-term technology strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our current status in informatization, automation, digitalization, and intelligentization, identifying potential opportunities for upgrading and improvement.

  • Explore the feasibility and potential of productizing and platformizing our main business systems, developing a technology roadmap to drive growth.

  • Research and track technological trends in the FinTech area, assessing their impact and value on our business.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement key information technology initiatives, measuring and predicting investment and return.

  • Assist the CTO in developing a long-term and short-term investment strategy in information technology, coordinating with Executive Committee members and department heads to develop an action plan.

  • Work with relevant peers to implement the action plan and track its return.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CTO or line manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering-related discipline.

  • At least 10 years of experience in technology strategy or enterprise digital transformation, preferably with experience in top consulting firms.

  • Extensive experience in long-term strategy development and annual planning.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find opportunities in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in communication and cooperation with senior management.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.

  • Proficient in strategy thinking and project management, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaborations effectively.

  • Working across boundaries, communication, planning, and organizing, problem-solving, business insight, people development.

  • Fast learner, proactive, and motivated with integrity and credibility.
