Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring alignment with the IB PYP framework.
  • Collaborate with the academic leadership team to design and deliver professional development opportunities for Early Years staff.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Early Years program, including academics, arts, athletics, and service learning.

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and leadership of the school as a member of the SALT.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in education or related field, with specialization in IB PYP leadership and teaching.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership position within an international school setting.
  • At least 5 years of relevant IB PYP leadership and teaching experience.
  • Experience with curriculum development, documentation, and implementation within the IB PYP framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
