Position Overview

As an Integrated Marketing Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategies across various sectors, aligning with the overarching objectives of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies tailored to specific industries, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Collaboration: Work in conjunction with our strategic marketing and division teams to synchronize activation efforts, including integrated campaigns and demand generation.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and deliver exceptional marketing strategies for vertical campaigns and projects, ensuring top-tier execution that drives results.
  • Content Development: Create and manage content assets that resonate with our vertical marketing plans and campaign objectives, emphasizing creativity and detail.
  • Media Strategy: Plan and execute communication and media buying strategies across diverse channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies supported by promotional investments.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets for designated industries, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
  • Proven success in designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities with a focus on effective implementation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and managing relationships effectively.
  • Proficient project management abilities, adept at prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively or work independently.
  • High energy and a proactive approach, adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
